Our unit here on beautiful Treasure Island has decoration that reflects the ocean currents found just outside of its doors. Spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gorgeous beach. Comfortable couch converts into a pullout Queen bed. Take a break from the beach and watch something on the HD TV with cable. Cook a meal in our well appointed kitchen which also overlooks the beach so you don't miss any views. Nespresso machine and stainless steel appliances will ease your cooking experience. Master bedroom also overlooks the beach and our private balcony is accessible from the Master bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Master bathroom is en suite. Second bedroom hosts a Queen bed. Both bedrooms and the kitchen have televisions!

Our unit is situated in a small condo complex with numerous amenities for you to use. These include two heated pools, two hot tubs, rooftop deck for sunset viewing, convenient beach equipment rentals (chairs, umbrellas, etc), and a semi-private beach. We regularly get guests who comment how quiet the beach can be! The complex features a small dock great for fishing and bike rentals. Treasure Island is a different kind of beach community than the high-rises and bustle of other beaches. Many locally owned business dot the walkable streets. It's a quick block and a half to Publix for all of your grocery and liquor needs. Locally owned Middlegrounds Grill serves great local seafood for lunch and dinner. Try the VIP Mexican Restaurant which has food that lives up to its name, Ricky T's for live music, or Britt's Pizza. For the ultimate Florida experience, walk down the beach for a beachside lunch or dinner service with you feet in the sand at Caddy's. For ONLY 30+ Day Stays – Required Recurring Cleaning (Scope, Cost & Exclusions) For reservations of 30+ nights, recurring cleanings are required to maintain the home. Frequency: Weekly (every 7 days) Cost: INCLUDED in the monthly price per night, charged at cost (our cleaner’s rate; no markup). Additional guest or pet fees may apply per House Rules. (Service animals are exempt from pet fees.)
