Relax on the Deck at this modern upscale quiet neighborhood, near Vandy and Broadway
Good to know
This is a spacious 1300 sq foot unit with a wonderful deck and safe neighborhood. With the corner lot you have a small grassy area connected to the unit. Its an $8 uber ride to the honky tonks. Great location to get away from all the noise.

A very cozy home with a fully stocked kitchen — super convenient! There are also plenty of extra bed sheets and duvet covers, so you can wash and change them yourself. Overall, highly recommended!

Das Apartment (ein Townhouse) war geräumig und auf schöne Weise funktional und freundlich eingerichtet, alles war sehr einladend, ohne Schnickschnack. Mir gefielen besonders der Holzfußboden und die offene Küche. Es gab eine gute Grundausstattung zum Kochen. Das Townhouse liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße; aber Vanderbilt Universität, Cafés und Restaurants sowie ein Walgreens sind zu Fuß einfach zu erreichen. Nicht weit entfernt ist auch der Centennial Park, der super zum Laufen ist. Meine Gastgeber haben immer schnell, umsichtig, klar und freundlich reagiert, kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit nochmal hier wohnen. - Schade fand ich nur, dass es keine Optionen für Recycling gab.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Home was exactly as described & had everything we needed for our visit. Home is spacious & was super clean. Short walk to bicentennial park which was lovely in the morning. Short Uber to downtown broadway. Parking was right outside which was great. We’d come back again for sure.
